Kate McNamara was fantastic throughout my purchase. She was always approachable, knowledgeable, and respectful of my wishes, which made a big difference to my overall experience. Despite being recommended by the developer, I always felt she was working in my best interests. The chain was particularly challenging, but Kate handled everything with professionalism and did her best to take as much stress and pressure off me as possible. I always felt supported and well-informed at every stage. I would 100% recommend Kate and genuinely can’t thank her enough for all her hard work.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. We are delighted to hear your feedback.
As a local estate agent, I work with a lot of professionals in the industry, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Charlotte Aguera, Rani Bola, and the Band Hatton Button team. Charlotte Aguera has been incredible throughout my personal property sale. Communication was consistent, clear, and proactive from start to finish. Even when things took a little longer than anticipated, she kept me fully informed and was always available to help, which made a real difference. Rani Bola and the wider Band Hatton Button team have been equally impressive — professional, reliable, and genuinely committed to delivering a high standard of service. It’s rare to find a team that combines expertise with such a strong client-focused approach. I’ll continue to refer clients their way with complete confidence. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for such a brilliant review, Ben. We really do appreciate your kind words.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received from Keri Wood & the Wills, Trusts & Probate Team. Over the last 12 months Keri has dealt with the administration of my late father’s estate on my behalf. She has been professional, diligent, thorough and empathetic throughout. I have come to trust her completely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or to use her myself again. Thank you Keri, you are a credit to the firm.
