Appalling service

2 months later and I am still awaiting funds to be released l, the cost omer service is awful they huff and puff down the phone, no one seems to know what they are doing! They put the blame on the accounts department but they don't and will not give you a direct line for the accounts department, still awaiting call back from a manager 4 weeks ago, alls you get is there is nothing I can do but they take there fees straight away! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS DO NOT USE!!

This company went after morses.i sent them email Morses sent me and there still threating me for money and court.now I had go to solicitor here northern Ireland to get them to stop.
