Terrible Service from Miss Akhtar
I cannot recommend Castle Solicitors based on my family's experience. My mother was represented by the firm during criminal proceedings while suffering from severe bipolar disorder and was an exceptionally vulnerable client. Throughout the case, I experienced poor communication, delays in obtaining important medical evidence, and what I felt was a lack of understanding of my mother's mental health needs. There were also occasions where emails went unanswered, important information had to be chased repeatedly, and members of staff were dismissive and discourteous when my family tried to raise legitimate concerns. After exhausting the firm's internal complaints procedure, I remained dissatisfied with the response and have referred the matter to both the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority for independent consideration.
