I have a pending claim with this company since 2022. I have now reported this to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Legal Ombudsman. I am also seeking advice for a professional negligence claim against Affirm Legal
This company absolutely fumbled my case, after approaching me to handle it. I had an open and shut case where a 17 year old crashed into my family on the motorway at 80mph and admitted fault, he even said he didn’t see us! My 1 year old twins were in the car at the time. I had whiplash and attended a chiropractor for a slipped disc in my neck and back. This company didn’t give me a medical, they coerced me into agreeing with statements where they hadn’t even met with me and they got a lot of parts of my statement wrong. This ultimately led me to not win my case and be out of pocket for hundreds of pounds of chiropractic treatments. They are clueless, unprofessional, unqualified and unbothered. They take weeks to respond via email. You have to do half the work for them. They let random people on WhatsApp message you, asking for personal details and photographs of your evidence and the person on WhatsApp has a cartoon character for a picture icon and then you never hear from that person again, very discerning when you don’t have clarity of who you’re talking to. They never call back and they are genuinely hand on heart the worst company I’ve ever experienced. Please go with somebody else, or you’ll end up losing.
