Solicitor knew nothing about my case 3 days before completion. Aggressive behaviour throughout the process. Explained nothing to me. Could never talk on the phone. Overcharged for very poor service. I had to double check all paperwork myself to ensure it was correct - it was still incorrect the day before completion. Threatening behaviour throughout the process.

Elite Law, and Kalim in particular were nothing short of courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable throughout what was through no fault of theirs), quite a difficult process. Kalim made himself available over the phone, often after usual business hours and was very quick to translate from legalese into language someone not familiar with the various processes concerned could understand. Initial quote came in pricier than some of the online services available and I'm glad we took the decision to pay the little bit extra.
