One of the worst experiences ever we went through. used this company whilst in the process of buying a new house but regretted it afterwards. They lost letters a few times and also would never pick up the phone when needed, the few times that we did manage to get through was spoken to very rudely and communication was very poor by the owner muhammad loonat himself. Spoke to him regarding some forms and he responded with ‘what’s so hard to understand about it?’ Would not recommend for you to use this company!

His bitterness and ego takes the best of him unfortunately. Olive Solicitors, and in particular, Aumayra, provided an outstanding level of service. She was professional, thorough, and went above and beyond to get everything completed within just 14 days. Whilst communicating with me. All communication was clear, documents were handled correctly, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Any claims about unprofessionalism or lost documents are simply untrue. Based on my direct experience, Olive Solicitors are reliable, efficient, and genuinely care about their clients. I highly recommend them. The worst solicitors for conveyancing. Very unprofessional Always losing signed documents Incorrect bills Can not add basic numbers. Take such a long time to reply to questions. Would never use again.
