Kelly and the team at Pinnacle Property Lawyers handled the sale of my London flat and did a great job. I was selling from abroad, and the process was kept simple with everything done electronically, with clear updates at every stage. Leasehold sales have a lot of moving parts, and a few of the documents and answers from the managing agents took a lot of chasing. Kelly stayed on top of it, replied quickly whenever I had a question, and got us to exchange and completion on the agreed dates. The completion statement was clear and the fees were fair. I would happily recommend Kelly and Pinnacle to anyone buying or selling, especially if you are based overseas. Thank you!
