Kelly and the team at Pinnacle Property Lawyers handled the sale of my London flat and did a great job. I was selling from abroad, and the process was kept simple with everything done electronically, with clear updates at every stage. Leasehold sales have a lot of moving parts, and a few of the documents and answers from the managing agents took a lot of chasing. Kelly stayed on top of it, replied quickly whenever I had a question, and got us to exchange and completion on the agreed dates. The completion statement was clear and the fees were fair. Pinnacle Law dealt with the sale of our old house and the purchase of a new one earlier this year (2026). The conveyancing was handled with the utmost efficiency by Tom Butterworth and I was particularly impressed with the speed and patience with which our queries were handled; our emails were usually answered within an hour or two. We were also impressed by the clarity of the documentation that Pinnacle provide to explain the steps of the conveyancing process; had we been first-time buyers I think we would have found this very helpful.
