I was subject to a suspended sentence for 16 months suspended for 2 years, i committed 3 more offences whilst serving my suspended sentence from the crown court in Bradford, the 3 offences where serious assaults and a criminal damage and an assault on a police officer. the cctv footage alone was enough to hand me a custodial sentence due to my suspended sentence order. The witness statements also body worn camera footage also would of secured a conviction for me due to my suspended sentence order. I had 3 Barristers represent me through out my court outings, the barristers all 3 of them stated i was in breach of a suspended sentence order and i would be handed a custodial sentence. Shahzad Ali Khan did not accept what the barristers said and he spoke with them and instructed them to work for there money. Shahzad did not accept that the barristers could not make the charges lesser and he was like a man possessed he would not accept what the barristers said and he said no deals until you drop the criminal damages and lessen the assaults from sec 20 to sec 47s. If Shazad did not achieve this i would be imprisoned now instead of writiting this review. Shahzad saved my time and liberty via not having what the barristers said, Shazad pestered and pestered the barristers. I am 46 years old and have been jailed for sec 18, riot and attempted homicide which i did receive custodial sentences. with my record it is a miracle i did not get sent down today. I am realistic and fully understand that if it was not for Shahzads professional and persistant manner i would be doing my rip in Armley now. If it was left to my Barristers i would be serving a sentence. Shahzads intrests are his clients first and the needs of barristers always come after his clients. Shahzad is a man of honour and is the only brief i know who doesnt tell you what you want to hear. What you see with Shahzad is what you get and what he sayshe does., in my 46 years i have never seen a brief with his verbal skills and his complete honesty. I simply can not thank Shahzad enough for what he has achieved for me. I did take my case to other top lawyers in Bradford and they all said what are we fighting here? you have breached a suspened sentence. Shahzad the man of his words said we will fight this as there are a few points that can save you. This expertise was second to none in Bradford. Excellent service I attended SAK solicitors for some legal advice. I was dealt with a man named Shazad who I could not recommend enough.
