Immar was beyond helpful throughout the whole process since he took over my case for an FDR Hearing. He was professional and very clear at explaining the next steps. He went through all the little details on Zoom calls with me, answered all my questions and made regular phone calls to go through any documents to explain the wording and what everything means. This has been the most stressful thing I have ever gone through and Immar was very sympathetic and called me a couple of times to check how I was feeling and reassured me, which always made me feel a lot better. I knew I could trust him with my case and not once did I have to chase him about anything as he was highly organised and never missed any deadlines.

Started off great with face to face communication, however need to improve on other forms of communication. Improvements need to be made to their attention to detail following face to face discussions and when reading emails. When the above failure(s) and errors lead to distress and costs to a client, they need to admit they were wrong, apologise and take steps to rectify the issue. Dealt with by Aneka. If you can find my details I'll remove the review left by my wife.
