Professional and honest
I have been with Mr Fredericks for almost 9 months. Lengthy documents for the case. He had gone through everything with necessary clarifications. Quick communication with necessary and honest advice. Replies even after late evening and even nights to quicken process. Later with expenditures mounting, changed plan to 'No win no pay' basis which was very helpful and much appreciated.

I used Frederick Solicitors late in the day for an Employment issue. The service received was brilliant. They even worked outside office hours to ensure that my claim was filled on time. I felt supported all the way through process. I am very happy with the outcome. Will certainly use again if I have any other issues.

Honestly, one of the nicest Law firms I spoke to. I have been struggling with my case and even though they couldn't take/recommended my chances of my case. The gentleman gave me a lot of helpful advise and did save me some time so I want to thank him for that!

I could not be happier with the service I have received.
My union representative was leaving me to do things which I did not understand, as time was running out I turned to Frederick Solicitors, desperate to get information I needed, this was done within the time specified.
The way Things were explained to me lt was easily understood.
I would most definitely recommend Frederick Solicitors.

I spoke to teem first time for help, I wanted to speak to a solicitor so I can get appointment because I need to explain everything face to face with all my documents and all the evidence I have it, but unfortunately Receptionist juat said that we are busy we can’t give you the appointment even they don’t know what I want to say, they just said that you are not entitled to legal aid, I did spoke to one of the solicitor said you are entitled to legal aid ,and he gave me they number for this firm, and he gave me person name as well but they didn’t want to transfer the call person I want to talk, unfortunately,
