Corinne is a true professional and handled my case with dignity and integrity. I was embroiled in a multitude of threats, slurs and accusations irrelevant to my ability to parent, yet Corinne kept me focused and committed to trusting her and indeed the process. When emotions were high, this was not easy but her calming influence and demeanour certainly helped. Corinne was very resourceful, knowledgeable and never played underhand cards or threw bombs like my ex-wife and her representative. Again this is testament to Corinne, what she stands for and believes in and I am so pleased to have had her represent me and my children to eventually getting our voices heard and an equal 50:50 shared care lives with order. I always had regular contacts and updates, (phone and via email) and I would recommend Corinne to anyone. Corinne is committed and kind, and a real credit to Ridley and Hall and the litigation industry in the way that she respectfully practices.

Ridley and Hall helped me through a difficult ordeal involving care proceedings for my grandson. I initially fostered him, but the proceedings became very complicated, which resulted in my own children being placed under a supervision order for a short time while allegations were investigated. Rosie Nicholson was professional and provided excellent advice from start to finish. She was efficient and kept me up to date throughout the stressful proceedings, which lasted over three years. I would like to thank Rosie and Simon Crabtree, who was my barrister throughout. Without their support, I would have struggled to navigate the court process. The proceedings ended with a Special Guardianship Order (SGO) in my favour, ensuring permanency for my grandson.

Such a hugely positive experience. Both Alistair and Calvin who handled our case were extremely professional and dealt with all our queries quickly and efficiently. After a vastly different experience with our previous solicitors, they were a breath of fresh air and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is the first time we have found ourselves needing a family lawyer. We contacted Ridley and Hall we was appointed Connie. It was an excellent decision, Connie was lovely, she was very professional whilst retaining the personal touch. We had a lot going on in our lives so having to deal with courts was a added stress. Connie was very patient with us, she helped us through everything step by step, which was much appreciated. We hope we're never in a situation where we need a family lawyer again but if we are we wouldn't hesitate in using Connie again.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ridley Hall Solicitors. I had a straightforward cash sale on December 20th, but despite that, they didn’t seem to give my case the attention it deserved. After weeks of asking for paper work etc. I finally got a call on January 28th—over a month later—only to be told they couldn’t proceed with my case, without any clear reason. Elizabeth, who initially assured me she’d help, then promised to assist me in finding another firm. However, once I reached out to her, she stopped responding to my calls entirely. It felt like my case was being completely ignored. In the end, I had to switch to another firm, which managed to handle everything in less than two weeks. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication was extremely disappointing, and I would never recommend Ridley Hall Solicitors to anyone. Do not recommend EDIT With their Reply: There’s nothing to discuss you are horrible company and if you did care you would have reached out first but wanting me to reach out there’s nothing to talk about absolutely ridiculous.
