I had a difficult divorce where my ex wife made life very complicated - Sofia Maxwell did a terrific job seeing me through the whole process; she was very calm, professional and did a great job responding to all the difficult demands.
Moss Fallon are an exceptional firm of solicitor's who I would highly recommend. It is thanks to them that my children and I are together and now have our independence. The divorce started in 2018 against a litigious man with deep pockets. Justin, Harrison and Harriet represented me in the first financial and children’s matters cases with kindness and expert knowledge of the legal system and how to get us the best outcome possible. They sourced the best barristers available. It has been a painfully complex and draining process however the entire team at Moss Fallon have never given up on us. At every step Moss Fallon have gone beyond the call of duty. From Jacqui the receptionist to the incredibly efficient team of juniors (especially Rebecca) I feel very grateful to Moss Fallon. Over the years I have referred numerous friends to Moss Fallon and they have all had positive outcomes and I will continue to recommend this firm. Having knowledge of other family law firms I would say Moss Fallon is one of the best as they genuinely care.

I moved to Moss Fallon midway through a long and complex three-year divorce, and Rebecca did an outstanding job of quickly getting up to speed with the history and details of the case. This company appears to have lovely people who are friendly. They tell you that they will take care of you and the costs. They offer no fee caps, no flexibility in working together. They charge unreasonably and have not delivered

At our initial meeting, Justin set out a way forward with my Divorce from my Narcissist husband. I was given exceptional legal representation through a very difficult and emotional time.
