Put my mind at ease
Jason took over my case when i had already been charged with s18 GBH and remanded to Court. My old Solicitor advised me that i would not receive bail - luckily Jason was instructed by my good friend and he secured me bail. At the Crown Court he persuaded the CPS to reduce the charge to a s20 GBH. S18 GBH carries a maximum sentence of life whereas the s20 GBH carries a maximm of 5 years. This eased my mind, his work literally meant i wasnt going to loose a substantial amount of my life and boxing career behind bars. I served only 6 months in jail for something that could easily have been 10 years. If i hadnt followed the great guidance of Jason, it could have been very different. On a side note, whilst on bail, i conceived my son and i was even there for his birth. To this day, i consider him a JP baby! I would not recommend any other Solicitor. His advice is sincere, professional and to the point. He is someone you can trust - in my opinion this is the most important aspect that needs to be considered when choosing a Solicitor.

Jason is brilliant
I attended Court expecting a driving ban for drink driving, Jason stepped in and had the case adjourned even though the Court Duty Solicitor had advised me to accept the ban. Jason prepared my case and persuaded the Magistrates to accept special reasons to not ban me due to the shortness of distance driven. I kept my driving licence and my job as a carer

Always made me feel comfortable
I have used Jason Patels services for numerous years now, he has always made me feel comfortable. He delivers a high quality service. He has travelled good distances to represent me. He takes good care of his clients with full effort to deliver the best outcome. Ive had other Solicitors in the past but have stuck with Jason for many years as he is very straightforward and gives clear understandable advice. I highly recomend him.
