We used Montpellier for our recent house purchase and couldn’t recommend them highly enough - conveyancing is often known for a lack of communication and slow progress. The service and support was fantastic from start to finish, even when we hit the inevitable delays and roadblocks our solicitor (Nammy Yogarajah) kept us informed and left us in no doubt that she was always all over the details and actively working on our behalf. She really was exceptional. Genuinely could not recommend more highly.

The purchase was difficult — a Level 3 survey flagged significant defects, and the price had to be renegotiated as a result. Connor was calm, clear and straight-talking throughout. He explained the legal position in plain terms, pushed back where it mattered, and gave me honest advice rather than telling me what I wanted to hear. What set him apart was how he handled the personal side. Mid-purchase I had a family emergency.
