I am a partner and joint Head of the Property Department. I have over 20 years’ experience in the retail & leisure sector, heading up the cross department Retail and Leisure team. As a result, I have a lot of experience in dealing with and advising owners, buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, franchisors and franchisees, operators, investors and funders. I enjoy dealing with people at all levels, getting to know them, their business, understanding their requirements and helping to achieve their goals. I am extremely passionate in ensuring that best service is delivered to our clients and I am incredibly fortunate to be supported by a very organised, efficient and personable team which enables us to do this. Along with the team I am also very proud to have established client relationships with many major retailers, including Co-operative Group, Hobbycraft, along with garden centre operators Hillier Nurseries and Haskins Garden Centres and Halo Accident Repair Centre Limited.
