After I was deceived by another company, I started looking for a new one, and found this one, with a more or less high rating, but the rating is not an indicator of the quality of the work. My wife and I reached an agreement with the lawyers of this company about a deal to buy an apartment. We were told that we needed everything to be done as quickly as possible, since the lease agreement for the apartment was coming to an end. We were assured that everything would be in the best possible way. After 1.5 months, the simple deal to buy an apartment was still not completed. When I tried to call this company, I only heard phone beeps. After 2.5 weeks they deigned to answer me and were very surprised by my indignation, but they gave me a specific time frame when we could move into our new apartment. I barely managed to persuade my landlord to extend the lease for another month. After 3 weeks I couldn't get through to them again. They picked up the phone only 2 days ago and said with disdain that the deal would be delayed for at least a month. As a result, my family will become homeless for a month or more, and all because of the unprofessionalism of the lawyers of this company. If you want to buy an apartment, I categorically do not recommend this company. Disgusting communication with clients, deception in terms of transaction execution.
