    Great first time buying experience

    I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.

    Clear communication

    Delicia worked on the conveyancing of two properties. Throughout the process she was contactable and gave clear communication and guidance. The only negative was that the initial onboarding took time and perseverance to complete.
