    An outstanding team of people

    I decided to sell one of my buy to let properties earlier this year and used the services of Delicia and her team. The level of service I received from all involved was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and operated at ten times the speed of the purchasers solicitor. Delicia would turn around enquiries within 48hours, where as the purchasers solicitor would take 2 weeks to do the same in response.     Conveyancing services on residential purchase and sale

    Delicia has recently acted for us on the sale of our property and the purchase of a new build property. In summary, she has been all we wanted in a conveyancer - clear on all aspects throughout, available and happy to speak on the phone when required, professional communication and she clearly has high quality and deep knowledge of all relevant aspects in residential property services. After previous disappointment with conveyancing services on past home moves, I vowed I would only engage a "known" firm going forward, and I can absolutely state this was the right decision.
