I am a solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in dealing with property matters, both commercial and residential. In addition to undertaking all forms of commercial property work including the organisation and management of large property portfolios, I provide specialist telecoms advice to landowners and operators in connection with the Electronic Communications Code and its interaction with property rights. I am an experienced, meticulous and organised property lawyer and work quickly and efficiently to provide excellent legal work with attention to detail. I work proactively to assist clients in achieving successful outcomes explaining clearly and concisely the procedures to be undertaken in a friendly and approachable manner. I have a broad range of clients, ranging from private individuals to global companies, rural landowners, tenants, lenders and charitable establishments and work closely with clients to obtain a clear understanding of requirements.
