Clarity & thoughtfulness at a difficult time
Following the loss of my partner after almost three years of illness I was very much a 'rabbit in the headlights'. I could not face all that needed to be done in terms of gaining Grant of Probate and settling of the estate. My partner and I had previously made our wills and given each other power of attorney via Paris Smith. Kate was our solicitor throughout and we were extremely impressed by her professionalism and sensitivity to our situation. So I didn't need to think twice before calling on Kate's help and expertise again following the loss of my partner. I was kept informed of developments throughout the process and guided through what needed to be done when. I knew I could contact Kate when I needed to and her responses were always timely and considered.
