    Incredible experience with Jess & Marika!

Her communication was prompt, and put me at ease with her friendly and approachable manner. She was very patient with my queries and made sure I was never rushed during the process and dealt effectively with the builder’s solicitor to keep the process on track. She was also very helpful with making the money transfer process painless with almost instant communication I would very highly recommend Jess and Paris Smith LLP for new build conveyancing.
