I am a Tax & Trust Manager within the Trusts & Estates team. I have a wealth of experience in personal tax, gained from working for national and independent accountancy firms over the last 30 years. I advise on: Personal tax compliance and advisory, including capital gains tax for high net worth individuals. Trust and estate tax compliance, trust registrations. Inheritance tax compliance. This includes the preparation of annual self-assessment tax returns, including supporting schedules and tax computations, identifying any tax planning opportunities. Advising on UK Capital Gains Tax Declarations and completing the required online returns as necessary. Also, I am able to assist with HMRC enquiries and UK/Worldwide disclosures of undisclosed income. I can assist with the preparation of inheritance forms, dealing with exit charges and 10 year anniversary charges. I am a fellow member of the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT)
