Katie supports the team with drafting correspondence, progressing claims, liaising with clients and debtors, and ensuring files are advanced efficiently and in accordance with procedural requirements. She is proactive, detail-orientated, and commercially aware, understanding that effective debt recovery is about both process and protecting client relationships. Outside of work, Katie keeps active at the gym during the week and enjoys baking. She also dedicates significant time to caring for her pony, Polly. Whether riding, undertaking groundwork, going on in-hand walks, or showing, Katie values the discipline, commitment and enjoyment that come with equestrian life — qualities that mirror her professional approach.
