I engaged PLC Limited to help with several unpaid invoices from one of our clients. The PLC Limited team made a huge difference to my emotional state over the last few months, as well as facilitating a very positive outcome. Claim from National Bank against me
I was in dispute with a large National bank who were pursuing me for allegedly being a guarantor for a charity loan 9 years ago which I disputed. I was then served a statutory notice for repayment of this loan and threatened with Bankruptcy which not only caused me a great deal of stress but could have resulted in me losing my job and put me into a great deal of debt.
PLCL took on my case and challenged the Bank to provide evidence to back their claim. The bank were unable to do this and have dropped their claim.
To say this is a relief is an understatement but the support I received from Martin and his team was unwavering I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Thank you PLCL you have literally saved my life.

Credit file correction
The team are excellent! Monika kept on top of my case and helped me get Eon to change my credit file, which they hadn’t corrected after the ombudsman had told them to do so.
We are so happy we can now buy a house near the school we’re sending our daughter to and keep our many pets 😍 so a huge thank you for what you do!!

Safe pair of hands
Plc helped us through a difficult case against a second hand car dealer. They guided and supported us through it, keeping us updated on progress throughout. They got us to a fantastic conclusion and we couldn't be happier with the service. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.

Non payment of refund by supplier
I have been dealing with a supplier that was not paying a refund for some Artwork that I had ordered for a client. It has been going on for a year. I was meant to have received the refund in July but frustratingly nothing. I asked the pro legal group to help me. They were very efficient and I received the refund within a week of them sending out correspondence to the supplier. Thank you.
