Kerry Taff

We had a fantastic experience with Kieran Clarke Green whilst moving house. It starkly contrasted with the solicitors we used last time we moved. Kerry, Katie and the whole team were incredibly helpful throughout and ensured that the move was seamless. At one point I made a mistake on the contract and the team printed the paper again and allowed me to come straight in to sign them and speed up the process.

Thorough, supportive and very knowledgeable - Kerry supported me through the house-buying process clearly and proactively. The team were available in person to speak to and via the phone. I was recommended them by family and would recommend to others.

We had a really positive experience with our solicitor during the purchase of our new home. The process wasn't always straightforward, with a few delays and issues along the way, but they were professional, responsive and kept us updated throughout.

I was recommended by a friend and Kerry dealt with the sale of my property. Kerry was a pleasure to deal with, the communication throughout the whole process was excellent. She is a credit to Kieran Clarke Green, I cannot fault the service I received or recommended her highly enough.

Thank you so much to Kerry Taff and staff for my first house buying experience. I was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad that I went ahead with KCG. Many people I know complain about their experience with solicitors and house buying, but I had absolutely no problems from start to finish. Emails and phone calls were always answered so promptly, and I was never waiting on anything from the solicitors throughout the process. Searches were quick to come back. Being a first time buyer, I had many questions that I asked Kerry, and they were always answered with great detail and helped me understand the process so well. From our offer being accepted to completion, the time took was only around 9/10 weeks. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely use this solicitors if ever needed in the future for house buying or otherwise. Thanks again!
