From my first contact with Rachel, the conversation with Glenn and subsequent handling of the case by Jumaal and overview by Arj I have been hugely impressed with Spires. Not only by the professionalism and legal expertise but also by the empathy and understanding of our situation in not only personal but cost terms. Jumaal, was great in the lead up to the trial and always available to discuss the case, occasionally at short notice. His advice was sound and performance in court was excellent, and this, coupled with excellent preparedness won the day.
