I recently enaged Spires to assist with a settlement agreement from my employer as part of a redundancy process. From the first call (dealt with efficiently b y Lisa Brown) to resolution the team at Spires made the process swift and simple. I was able to speak to Glenn Stanbury within a day or so and he talked me through every clase in the settlement agreement in plain english, making it really simple for me to understand. He laid out my options, guided me well, but ultimately the decsions were mine. Just before I signed the agreement I needed a last minute check in with Glenn, and he made time for me at very short notice ona Friday afternoon, gave great advie and comfort to sign the agreement. Would have no issue in recommending the team at Spires and will definately consider them for any future legal requirements i may have.

I am an italian girl who had a dream in Oxford, I am undertaking a free research in neurodiversity supported by the Lewis Carroll Society in Oxford. I worked really hard along the whole pandemic and after, I have adhd which has a strong emotional impact in my life daily results in every dimension of my life, impairments which put together are recognised as a disability. as a HR I heard about citizen advisors, then acas, who were able to address me towards the right lawyers to support my case. It would be very hard to summarize everything I went through in a review, allow me to say before getting to know with Spires Legal I was not aware of my rights and consequent recognized damage my previous company caused me. I certainly knew my dismissal was unfair because of discrimination. I never wanted to bother anyone to support me in my life I always accepted to lose, to surrender in front of my difficulties, I knew this time I could be supported regardless the final results. I felt I won the day I decided to send to my company a message even just to make them reflect in the aftermath. Mr Glenn exceeded all my expectations through all his effort and passion to support people alone and struggling with their potential. From my first contact with Rachel, the conversation with Glenn and subsequent handling of the case by Jumaal and overview by Arj I have been hugely impressed with Spires. Not only by the professionalism and legal expertise but also by the empathy and understanding of our situation in not only personal but cost terms. Jumaal, was great in the lead up to the trial and always available to discuss the case, occasionally at short notice.
