I highly recommend Sarah. This was my first time buying a property, and entering into this process was a pretty bewildering experience. Sarah helped me understand what was happening throughout the entire buying process with easy to understand terms. She went above and beyond my expectations, where I felt secure and held in a very complex procedure. Sarah was friendly and approachable - and I'm very glad and thankful she oversaw my purchase with such skill and diligence. Also not forgetting her incredible assistant Lisa, who was equally assertive, kind and professional too.

Amazing service
We could not speak highly enough of Sarah and would have no hesitation in recommending her. We were unfamiliar with the house buying process in England so we were totally reliant on her to keep us informed. She was extremely helpful (and patient) in talking us through the myriad of forms we had to complete. We found being in a chain quite stressful and it seemed to drag on forever, but Sarah kept us informed all the way through to a successful completion. Thanks for everything Sarah.

Fantastic Service
Sarah was great from start to finish. We had a different solicitor previously however they announced after we had started the process that they were closing down and didn't tell us this before we started! We then had to find a new solicitor and I found Sarah from a recommendation. She offered a very competitive price and we were happy to proceed. The whole time she was great, thorough (very much so) and very helpful with high attention to detail. The whole company were also helpful and were able to assist with sending docs via email and also me dropping off the final documents at their office in Brighton as we had time constraints. Really happy with Sarah and will definitely use again when we move in the future.

Amazing
I honestly don't think I could of asked for a better solicitor than Sarah, she has been there with me through 2 property purchases and has done everything in her power to make sure I was making the right decisions. She replied to my emails almost instantly and I was kept in in the loop at every stage. I could not recommend her any more. She is AMAZING!! Also a big shout out to Lisa as well as Sarah as they were both incredible. Could not have got through buying a property without them!!

Sarah is a powerhouse
Sarah is brilliant.
Meticulous, concise and detailed she ensured every detail was covered and always had our back. As first time buyers we had many many questions none of which Sarah made us feel silly about. She knew exactly what we needed and was so quick to get our mortgage through.
Could not recommend her enough.
