Told me I had no claim even though I had expert reports and pictures etc her name Samantha Taylor some how even after I complained I was told there was nothing wrong after 20 years of disrepair I have a solicitor doing his job

Last summer I was dealing with a very stressful situation, and I had a meeting with lawyer Samantha Dawkins. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. I tried to ask several questions, but I felt that her responses were somewhat abrupt and not very encouraging. I also had the impression that she was quite busy and did not always have the time to fully listen to or understand my concerns. Overall, I did not feel as supported as I had hoped during a very difficult time
