Mediation Gough/Hampson
Whilst in the end it wasn't as stressful as I feared it might be, mainly thanks to our solicitor James Thornton, we were pleased when it was over and are hoping we don't ever have to repeat the process. The mediator was good and gave us confidence that we'd get a resolution, or if we didn't it wouldn't be for the want of trying.

Contentious Probate Advice
I sought specialist advice on a sensitive probate matter and was very impressed by James' depth of knowledge and clarity in helping me understand a complex situation.
The advice was considered, precise, and gave me real confidence in the way forward and saved the estate a lot of money in the long run.
While the communication style was more formal than I’m used to, it was always professional and to the point. Not cheap, but excellent value for money.

Neighbour dispute and Will service
I have now used Fiona Bruce Solicitors twice this year.
I am very impressed with their service. Communication is spot on and timescales. The advice I was given was excellent in both Will and Neighbour Dispute. I found Fiona Bruce Solicitors initially on the Law Society and for neighbour disputes their weren't many local that can deal with this matter and because I was impressed how they handled my neighbour dispute I returned for them to sort my husband and my Wills. I would certainly use Fiona Bruce in the future. I have complete confidence in them.
