Antonia is a trainee solicitor based in our London office. She is due to qualify in 2025. Antonia assists the senior members of the team on a wide range of family law matters; including children act claims, financial remedy proceedings and pre-nuptial agreements. A large part of her work involves complex cross-jurisdictional issues. Antonia was part of the legal team that worked in the recent High Court case of R v T [2022] EWHC 3362. Prior to joining the firm as a paralegal in September 2022, she worked as an intern at one of Singapore’s best litigation firms, where she worked with both the commercial and family team. Antonia graduated from Edinburgh University in May 2021 with a first-class degree in Philosophy and Theology. She spent a semester abroad during her undergrad at Dartmouth College in the United States as a religion scholar. Antonia completed her graduate diploma in law in May 2022 and is currently studying her LPC part time whilst working with the firm. Antonia was born and raised in Singapore and is therefore very familiar with British expatriate life. She has a basic knowledge of Mandarin Chinese and an intermediate knowledge of Spanish.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Antonia highly enough. Not only was the legal knowledge and advice first class, but the support and kindness she showed was unforgettable. I felt so incredibly supported and cared for during the worst time in my life. I knew I could trust Antonia to defend me and fight for me in whatever way was appropriate and had full trust in her. The communication was incredible and I felt she always made time for me, even if it was just a phone call to reassure me or check in on me. I would recommend her to anyone.

Excellent, insightful, sensitive service
I had a pretty straight forward divorce but there were moments where different advice could have taken the whole thing down a different road. I wanted it to be as non confrontational as possible and Hero and Antonia were there all the way to give me good, balanced advice when I needed it.

Highly recommend!!
Expatriate Law was recommended to me. My case has not been easy due to the different jurisdictions and I was clueless what steps to take, but from the very first consultation with Oscar he gave me the direction I needed. Oscar and Antonia have been amazing. Always informing me on whats happening and what the next steps are, clearly explaining anything I dont understand and always replying to my emails within 24 hours.
I started this process feeling so scared and I still am but I'm so grateful that I have Oscar and Antonia helping me. I trust Oscar completely with whatever he advises me to do. He is straight to the point and has so much knowledge. Antonia has a heart of gold. The times Ive had to go to court she has been there with me throughout the whole process. Having her there helped massively, she would explain anything I didn't understand. She has been so supportive and comforted me in the hardest of times which I will never forget.
My case is still ongoing but I feel so fortunate to have Oscar and Antonia and I would recommend these 2 100%. This is their job but I really feel that they care about what they do and about what is best for their clients.
