I had an unusual task for T&H with the sale of my sons house as its under the supervision of the CoP (Court of Protection) for whom I am a deputy. I put the house on the market, got a buyer the same day and instructed T&H to complete the sale. One problem the CoP had changed their rules when meant the sale had to be approved by them. Anyway T&H, and the buyer stuck with me while I dealt with the CoP bureaucracy for over 5 months and the sale was completed in my absence while I was on holiday. Well done to all, and if you’re a CoP deputy, check that your supervision order has not been updated without notifying you.
