Writing a Will

I used the Company to write my Will. Their pre-meeting questionnaire was really helpful as the questions it enabled me to think about what I wanted to put in my Will. My meeting with the solicitor was really relaxed and helpful in focusing what I wanted/needed to put in my Will. I was sent a draft Will which I was relieved to find was written using language that was easy to understand. I would thoroughly recommend this Company for Will-writing- took all the stress out of the process.

Last will and probate

Thatcher + Hallam LLP with special reference to Laura Ablett were a joy to work with. The issue of my late mother's testament was not as straight forward to resolve as initially hoped, but Laura Ablett guided us through the technicalities with her professionalism and sound legal advice.

The communication with Thatcher + Hallam was always friendly, helpful and uncomplicated.

I would recommend Thatcher + Hallam to others seeking professional and competent legal advice for matters regarding testaments.

This is the second time I’ve used Thatcher & Hallam for a house purchase and I couldn’t recommend them any more. Laura was kind, communicative and professional throughout, no mean feat considering it was a hectic period racing to the stamp duty deadline. She kept a calm head and got it sorted with over a week to spare - a huge relief! 5 stars - and thank you.
