Conveyancing
As with everyone I spoke to, the process of selling my house and buying another seemed to take for ever even though there was no chains involved. I was pleasantly surprised at the final costs because unclear answers from the seller meant lengthy and repeated questions. The service continued when missing fixtures and fittings were discovered when I moved in.

All Are Amazing
Great people, great firm. Not just very professional, but friendly and willing to put in that extra effort. I was impressed that the receptionist broke her lunch break to deal with me. Everyone seems so happy.

Professional and Diligent
Jessica was incredibly helpful throughout the process, always responding promptly to our requests for updates and any questions we had. Moving from BA3 to BA2 in 2024
Although having moved houses, within the UK, on eight previous occasions - our last one being >20yrs ago! - we were surprised (and just a wee bit frustrated!) that the multiple formal processes (including the Legal ones) had grown .....exponentially!!! The entire timescale to completion eventually took over 7-months, which, already being in our late 70s, DID cause some high blood-pressure moments, but most of the "issues" were primarily related to the OTHER buyers/sellers within our specific "Chain".
Jessica (and her team of colleagues) were VERY patient with us and we remained optimistic throughout, although my own blood-pressure would be unlikely to survive ANY consideration of further house-moves!!

House sale
My house sale was quite simple as I was a cash buyer. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I was happy to do business locally as it was easy to call in to deliver documents.

Had our best interests at heart
