As a first time buyer, with a sale that involved planning issue, Hayley was brilliant, and really made the process a lot easier. She was always happy to answer my questions, and dealt with the planning issue highlighted in my survey very effectively. I was very happy with the service/advice at every stage of the process.

The team handled the straightforward remote exchange and sale of a property. Responses were reasonably swift. However, more care is needed when preparing email communications and documents for signature. Emails contained grammatical errors that I would not expect from a professional services company. Documentation was incorrect on two occasions and I had to point this out to you to get it corrected - it was fortunate that this did not delay the exchange and sale

I’ve used thatcher and Hallam twice now. Hayley helped us when purchasing my house and also when selling my house. Both times the service has been brilliant. My wife and I used Hayley as our solicitor for both our house sale and purchase. During the pandemic we had multiple set backs and properties fall through, but Hayley's advice was brilliant throughout. She is incredibly responsive - often replying to emails and our queries within minutes, kind and a strong advocate for her clients dealing with other solicitors. We would always recommend Hayley and the company for all your house sale/purchasing needs! Even when Hayley was away on annual leave, our case was never neglected, the locum who took over Hayley's workload in this time was equally responsive, helpful and brilliant.
