Hayley Wakefield and her team provided an excellent conveyancing service during the process of selling our house and purchasing our new home, and following, that the sale of my father's house. Hayley provided expert advice and was always proactive in chasing enquiries and answering any questions. We always felt that she and her team were working in our very best interests. Despite a lot of hurdles in our house buying process Hayley Wakefield and her colleagues handled our case so well. She kept us well informed throughout the whole process, she explained all of the technical language as we needed and handled everything that went on so professionally- even when things were a little exasperating! I cannot fault our experience with Thatcher and Hallam. We have both sold and purchased our property with them and Hailey and Tietia have been amazing throughout the conveyancing. Unfortunately there were a few issues along the way because of our buyer's solicitor, but Hailey was always responsive and reassuring to our emails, which was greatly needed at a very stressful time

Hayley Wakefield at Thatcher and Hallam was recommended to be by family following their positive experience with her. I used Hayley for the purchase of my new house and she was fantastic from start to finish. Great communication, proactive, professional but also approachable. I have had experience with a number of other conveyancers before moving to the area, and none of them come close to the service from Hayley and the Thatcher and Hallam team.

My wife and I used Hayley as our solicitor for both our house sale and purchase. During the pandemic we had multiple set backs and properties fall through, but Hayley's advice was brilliant throughout. She is incredibly responsive - often replying to emails and our queries within minutes, kind and a strong advocate for her clients dealing with other solicitors. We would always recommend Hayley and the company for all your house sale/purchasing needs! Even when Hayley was away on annual leave, our case was never neglected, the locum who took over Hayley's workload in this time was equally responsive, helpful and brilliant.
