I’ve used thatcher and Hallam twice now. Hayley helped us when purchasing my house and also when selling my house. Both times the service has been brilliant. Super fast and easy to communicate with but also very informative.
Really happy with the decision to use thatcher and Hallam it made a big task a lot more manageable.

Excellent service from Hayley
Hayley at Thatcher and Hallam was recommended to be by family following their positive experience with her. I used Hayley for the purchase of my new house and she was fantastic from start to finish. Great communication, proactive, professional but also approachable. I have had experience with a number of other conveyancers over the past few years before moving back to the area, and none of them come close to the service from Hayley and the Thatcher and Hallam team. I would not hesitate to recommend Hayley to others.

Property sale transaction
Hayley and Gillian have been extremely professional. The whole transaction has proceeded well and I felt in safe hands which has been very reassuring. I would highly recommend Hayley to anyone looking for a super approachable conveyancer to act on their behalf.

Probate Sale - Excellent Support
This was an unfortunate deceased estate sale. Probate took forever and the appointed legal team (not Thatcher & Hallam) dragged it out but Hayley was amazing, did everything behind the scenes, dealing with the estate agent and buyers solicitors. I was kept informed every step of the way and as soon as probate was granted the sale went through smoothly.

Positive experience
My wife and I have been on a madcap adventure having moved house three times in recent years.We were recommended to use Thatcher and Hallam and have never regretted it.Communication with Hayley Wakefield has always been excellent which is so important in the process.Hayley has acted professionally at all times and has been a joy to deal with.

Just brought a house
