Overall a very good conveyancing solicitor.
Initially it took a few messages to secure the use of the Ames Kent (my local Frome branch) rather than the Thatcher & Hallam (Radstock branch). Once engaged the process was largely digital and worked well for quoting for my house selling needs and then establishing the needed documentation. Went into the branch a few times, to deliver paperwork and eventually sign Transfer and Completion document, always a pleasure to deal with Lisa and Sharon on Caroline's behalf. Only one real issue needed resolving, I was a bit concerned so reviewed with Caroline over the phone. Her advice to me and action agreed, and subsequent timely resolution, were both spot on, thank you. The buyer's solicitor was not seemingly as responsive, any real delays were majority due to them, and their comms with their client. Where there were long gaps in activity, I did have to phone in for updates where I would have preferred more calls to me even if to say; nothing is happening, it is with the buyer or no progress to report yet. Overall, Caroline and team at T+H Ames Kent, a very good conveyancing solicitor.
