Neil and I have dealt with Thatcher & Hallam Solicitors for a few years now - from the Receptionist to Solicitors the professionalism client care action has been second to none, excellent. The solicitor who is and has acted on our behalf is Laura Ablett - throughout our appointments. She has been kind, supportive, empathetic to our requests, her professionalism, knowledge is outstanding and her interaction with clients is outstanding. At our last appointment a trainee solicitor Holly Tucker was present with Laura - again Holly was very professional, excellent client interaction. Neil and I feel very fortunate we have support and the services we require from such a fantastic team.
