Sharon was so lovely to deal with from the very beginning. I went into this not really knowing what I was doing. At our initial meeting she was so warm & friendly as well as clearly knowledgeable, she really put me at ease & I came away with a much clearer idea of the processes as well as what I was entitled to. After that, she kept me up to date via email & phonecall & was always friendly & approachable. I felt like I could go to her with any question, no matter how silly I thought it was!
