She was really helpful and very quick at responding , this was our first experience in buying a home and she made the process really easy and explained everything we didn’t understand. After 3 months of review and after posting countless documents out at our own cost they dropped our case, due to legislation that did not apply to the building we are purchasing. They provided little to no context & were unresponsive.
I called regularly to request updates and no one was ever available to discuss the case on the phone. Blunt emails were all we received in return.
Very unhelpful & incapable of processing even the most basic cases. Do not use!
