We used Jenny and Adele following a Google search for a conveyancing team and great reviews.
We weren't disappointed! We elected Jenny and Adele to do our house purchase and it was faultless. We had delays due to probate (obviously no fault on our side of things - Covid delays apparently) but they were always professional and up to date. Sometimes communication seemed dormant, although nothing was really happening but a quick call to the main office and all our queries were answered in good time. 👍 ultimately, very professional, very transparent service, good value for money and would recommend !

Solicitor/ conveyancing
Jenny McPhee handled my case. Excellent service from start to completion of buying my house. Everything was explained in full. Very speedy replies to any e mails sent . The whole process was explained and each stage was handled quickly and professionally making the whole process stress free. The costs were good value for the service that was given. The purchase was carried out timeously the whole process took about 9 weeks !!
I would definitely recommend and will certainly be using them again to arrange my will.
The reception staff were always very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. 1st class firm .

Thank you to Jenny McPhee
Jenny recently dealt with the sale of our property, and has previously dealt with a transfer of equity for me also. She is helpful and communicative and makes what has the potential to be quite a stressful process smooth and as stress free as possible. I am planning on returning to Jenny for the purchase of my next property.

Fantastic Service, highly recommended.
Jenny has been fantastic from start to finish. My sale was a very emotional one due to the death of my mother and was not without its complications. My chain collapsed on moving day but was dealt with quickly and with patience by Jenny.
I highly recommend her and the entire firm for making a difficult sale as pain free and simple as possible. Thank you.

Experience
My experience with Jenny and Adele was really good, it was really easy and answered all the questions we needed. They were on top of everything making the process quick and easy and we have managed to get the keys before Christmas.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
We would recommend Easthams Solicitors to anyone who is selling their property. As a result of some archaic regulations on our property Jenny McPhee and Adele Woodhouse had to go above and beyond to acheive a positive outcome with the sale of our property which we are pleased to report they did. They were always on hand to offer sound advice and guidance for which we will be eternally grateful. Fees are very reasonable and if you choose Easthams we are sure you won't be disappointed.
