Tara @ Blackhurst Budd - exceptional
I've used Blackhurst Budd (BB) and specifically Tara for a number of years now (as a portfolio landlord) for remortgages, purchases and sales. BB are an easy and well organised company to deal with. Paperwork prior to starting a project is straightforward and instructing easy to follow.
Regular updates are given and the team is always a phone call away (always answer immediately).
I would wholeheartedly recommend doing this company for all your conveyencing work.

Conveyance
Despite many challenges in my particular house sale Tara and her team were patient and focused in getting things done. I was kept informed at all times. Selling your house is very stressful so I appreciated Tara’s support.

Equity Release
Staff were all very helpful.
Due to a few personal circumstances the process took a little longer than it should but all the staff
that i spoke with were very understanding.
I would not hesitate to use their service again.

Sale and Purchase
Tara and Briony were excellent as part of our sale and purchase. This was not an easy transaction complicated by a the need to acquire the freehold at late notice prior to sale of our house against very tight timescales on our new purchase.
