    Outstanding Professional Service & Expertise.

    Megan provided an outstanding service throughout what was, at times, a very stressful and challenging property matter. She handled the possession proceedings with great professionalism, efficiency and expertise, making what could have been a very difficult process feel much more straightforward and manageable. Megan was always approachable, supportive and incredibly quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed advice. Her knowledge and experience, particularly her courtroom experience, gave us a great deal of reassurance and confidence throughout the process. We always felt that our case was in very capable hands, and Megan went above and beyond to ensure everything was dealt with as swiftly and smoothly as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Megan again for any future property matters and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive solicitor.

    Great Experience

    I have used Megan Langley on more than one occasion, she has helped me evict bad tenants who were in £1000's of arrears. She helped guide me through the whole process, was very easy to talk to, communication is always great and her knowledge of her field is second to none. I highly recommend Megan.

    Shocking experience

    Elliot booth recommended me this company for an eviction. She(solicitor) only issued section 21 .I paid her whatever the cost(I then £240).Then she made an agreement between me and the tenant for surrender the agreement. So this matter didn’t go to the court.I have received a bill of £880 .This £880 basically for the agreement and some phone calls and emails.Very simply I would say I have been ripped off.Definitely no chance I would go back to them again.If anyone wants to get their services,please make sure see their prices first.

This was not a simple matter. It involved a thorough review of extensive documentation and careful legal analysis before any steps could be taken. A professionally drafted surrender agreement is a legally binding document and carries significant responsibility for the solicitor who prepares it. This is skilled legal work, not an administrative task. Crucially, by negotiating a surrender with your tenant, we kept this matter out of court entirely. Court proceedings in possession cases are lengthy, stressful and considerably more expensive. You avoided all of that. The outcome speaks for itself: you have regained possession of your property, resolved efficiently and without litigation. We would strongly encourage anyone considering leaving a review of this nature to first make contact with us directly to discuss their invoice, as we are always happy to explain in detail the work undertaken on a client's behalf. We stand fully behind the service delivered in this matter.

    Extremly helpful and a worthwhile excersize

    I came to Balckhurst Budd with very little understanding of the legal aspects of my work. Megan was incredibly helpful in both delivering a set of terms and conditions that reflect my unique business model, and helping me understand which aspects of the relevant legislation applied to me and which obligations are placed upon me. I would highly reccomend Megan and the team at Blackhurst Budd and have already referred them to several other fire safety professionals.

    Landlord Advice

    Required the help of Blackhurst Budd to issue a tenant with a section 21 notice. I had a meeting with Megan who went through everything very professionally and explained everything in detail. The tenant left the property ahead of schedule and with no issues so getting the legal advice from Megan was worth it. I would highly recommend Blackhurst Budd.
