Selling your house and purchasing another one ? I can safely say my experience with Janine was outstanding beyond belief. Her speed of replies to emails is wonderful, she not only took over the purchase of our next home but did it within any usual long time frame. She and she alone made sure we could move 10 days before Xmas and not after the 1st of January. We are extremely indebted to her so we say thanks to her .Mike

The end of a lengthy house sale
A longer time than usual to complete a sale, purely down to buyers and their solicitors seemingly slowing down the process. However, the solicitors i used at B&B was excellent, in keeping me updated at every stage, very professional and thorough in everything they did, and a delight to deal with at all times. Will certainly use them again in the future not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family members for any legal advice they may need in the future.

Janine Cato - Simply The Best !
I've had the pleasure to deal with Janine in almost 50 cases in the last 18 months, and despite many of the cases being quite complicated ( eg buyer from Abu Dhabi ), and almost all from out of the area, and some urgent, and almost all with strange lenders and some very ' difficult ' purchasers on the other side, Janine has been an absolute STAR. Janine is everything I want from a solicitor... easy to contact ( always returns calls/ emails in timely manner ) always sounds in good form, 100% professional, and when she says she will do something by a certain deadline, you can bet she will deliver, AND competitive in terms of price. I can honestly say, Janine is a pleasure to work with.

Cannot praise Janine Cato highly enough
When we moved 18 months ago Janine did our conveyancing and she was so efficient. If I emailed her with a query within the hour she had replied.
We are now moving again and needed to get in touch with Janine with regards to the title deeds which were still at the Land Registry. Janine went above and beyond for us, considering we were no longer her clients. If we had still been living local we would have had no hesitation in using Janine again.
