Left as executors
My Aunty left Oxley and Cowards as executors, worst thing she could have done. 30 months down the line and still the beneficiaries have not read anything, however a lot of money from the estate has been used. They put the house on the market as a modern auction! They employed estate agents surveyors and various other people as said it had subsidence . This has taken more than £10,000 out of estate! This was a total waste of time because after 2 years they decided to go for a normal auction ( January this year) it was sold for more than they said . We are now in June still no money received for the beneficiaries. The house has been renovated no sign of any work been done for subsidence and is going back on the market. Yet still not sorted. When you contact then the reply is waiting for different services to sort things. ( 2 1/2 years think things should have been sorted) sometimes you don’t even get a response.
