All my dealings were directly with Gillian Dyer, who was truly brilliant, her task being to sell my old flat and buy my new flat simultaneously. That is a lot of responsibility and a lot of legal paperwork and processing. However, Gillian accomplished both with aplomb, and special thanks to her for putting up with me when I was feeling overwhelmed and worried at times - it is stressful. But she took it in her stride and everything was completed on time. Based on my experience, I recommend this firm very highly.

Gillian Dyer who was handling things for me was excellent, everything was explained in easy to understand language, Gillian put any worries I may have had to rest. I chose W&AS Bruce for the conveyancing of my first home after finding they were top in reviews of local solicitors in my area and they have definitely lived up to these reviews! I had the pleasure of working with Gillian who really made the whole thing so easy for me, particularly as this was my first property purchase and i was rather clueless of what i was doing, she took the time to help me understand things and answer my questions. When my first offer for a property fell through Gillian was so kind and empathetic and then when I had an offer accepted she was enthusiastic with me which i really liked. As a company i felt W&AS Bruce were great value for money, very approachable, great communication and got things done in good time. I would recommend W&AS Bruce to anyone particularly first time buyers like myself, I will undoubtably be using them again when required in future.

I recently used W & AS Bruce to represent me in purchasing my first solo property and have my name taken off the title deeds to a previous property with an ex-partner.
