All my dealings were directly with Gillian Dyer, who was truly brilliant, her task being to sell my old flat and buy my new flat simultaneously. That is a lot of responsibility and a lot of legal paperwork and processing. However, Gillian accomplished both with aplomb, and special thanks to her for putting up with me when I was feeling overwhelmed and worried at times - it is stressful. But she took it in her stride and everything was completed on time. Based on my experience, I recommend this firm very highly.
