I was looking for a local solicitor to provide advice on producing a will using the Will Aid Scheme. W&AS Bruce had volunteered to be part of the scheme, and knowing little about the firm met with Eilidh McCreadie to discuss producing a will. She was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and sensitive in our initial meeting, and prompt and effective in her follow up. Having used many solicitors in different parts of the country with mixed experiences, I will happily use W&AS Bruce again.

I have recently used W&AS Bruce for producing a will for my late Father, for Confirmation of his Will and finally for the Conveyancing during the sale of my late Father’s property. The processing of all the above services were completed promptly, efficiently with consummate professionalism and empathy. The costs associated with all the above services were very competitive. In summary, I would recommend to use this practice for any legal requirements.

I recently used W & AS Bruce to represent me in purchasing my first solo property and have my name taken off the title deeds to a previous property with an ex-partner.
