Buying a property
We recently purchased a property and we couldn't be happier with how professional, efficient and friendly the staff are at Wall James Chappell. We would highly recommend Clare Marriott as she provided first class service with excellent legal knowledge making the process easy to understand. Clare is very proactive making sure the process ran smoothly and would often call to keep us up to date. The reception staff were also a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent customer service, have used for the past 20+ years.
We have used WJC for a variety of services, including family liaison, employment law and mainly for property conveyancing both while purchasing and selling.
We cannot praise them enough, and especially Clare Marriott who is always a pleasure to deal with. At all times professional, she provides an honest evaluation, backed up with facts to enable the purchaser to make their own decisions. We have benefitted from her experience of the conveyancing world and she is always approachable and more importantly responds promptly to communication be it by email or phone.

Extremely professional service.

Property purchase
I have used Clare Marriot a number of times in connection with property purchases and related matters. This time, as on all previous occasions, Clare was efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Excellent service
From start to finish we had excellent service. The sale and purchase of our property was dealt with in a professional way. I found Clare Marriott to be friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. I trusted her advice and she kept me up to date with the process. The service went above my expectations. I even arrived one evening at closing time and the receptionist still helped me with my enquiry. We really felt we got 5 star service.
