Was kept in the loop especially by Jade and Leah with seamless trasition when a person who was handling my case had left.

We bought a house!
So many thanks to Katie, Amber, Leah, Elizabeth and all the rest of the team who helped us to purchase our first property. We didn't really know what we were doing and they were always helpful, professional and efficient. There were some complexities to the process (structural concerns etc) and they always actioned points and followed up with speed.
