I received a really great service from Vincent Sykes solicitors (at Stockton Heath) during my recent property sale and purchase.
All the staff I had communication with during the lengthy, and often frustrating process were very helpful and prompt in response; providing very clear additional explanation when I needed it.
The whole service is highly professional and my initial quote reflected accurately the final costs.

I used Vincent Sykes / Sam Ireland when moving house this year and their support was super. My requirement wasn't straight forward as was purchasing a property developed house and also needed to get out of a prior government help-to-buy scheme. Sam knew what needed to be done and response times were fantastic. The searches were clear and they were able to chase the other party's solicitors proactively on my behalf. Very professional. They care + their quote was competitive and cheaper than my second choice! Safe pair of hands.
