We couldn't have asked for a smoother experience selling our old house and buying our new home in Cornwall. From the very first call, James Collett and his Conveyancing assistant Jade Creighton, and indeed everyone at Vincent Sykes was clear, patient, and genuinely on top of every detail, something that made all the difference given how stressful a chain can be. They explained each stage in plain English chased other parties when things stalled, and always replied promptly whenever we had questions. Moving to a new home, especially one we'd been hoping for for a long time, is a big deal, and having a solicitor who handled the legal side with such care took so much of the anxiety out of the process.
