We've experienced excellent service from MLP's Katie Mitchell who has handled the sale and purchase of my mother in law's properties recently. Katie is thorough, professional, calm, responsive and accessible. It's been a pleasure to deal with her through these transactions and she's made what can be quite stressful transactions much less so! Thoroughly recommended without hesitation.

Katie was very knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. My property had to be sold quickly to avoid Repossession. Katie was able to achieve this. She kept me updated at all times with regular phone calls.

Exceptional in every way
We sold our house with Vincent Sykes and would never use another firm again. From start to finish the service we have received has been exceptional. Our original buyer was very difficult and pulled out fairly last minute causing a lot of stress. Amber was compassionate professional and made a very stressful time much easier. Anything that needed to take place always happened immediately not once did we ever chase for clarity or information. The estate agents and anyone else who also came into contact with Amber were very impressed and said they would recommend the firm based on their experience.

Excellent Service from start to finish.
From my initial meeting with Katie I was reassured that Vincent Sykes were the right people to do business with. The dealt with the sale process of my late parents property seamlessly and always kept me updated as to how things were progressing.They were transparent with their charged and so there were no shocks and nice the house completed. If I ever decide to sell my own property I will be straight back on to Amber & Katie at Vincent Sykes without hesitation.
