Katie is thorough, professional, calm, responsive and accessible. Amazing from start to the finish !
Our process was not the easiest and I am a stressy client. Amber answered all of my emails and phone calls with professionalism every time and remained calm throughout. She was very knowledgeable and reassured at all times.
Katie provided excellent guidance and ensured our transaction was what we needed to be and offers sensible advice on all queries that came our way from our chain.

Exceptional in every way
We sold our house with Vincent Sykes and would never use another firm again. From start to finish the service we have received has been exceptional. Our original buyer was very difficult and pulled out fairly last minute causing a lot of stress. Amber was compassionate professional and made a very stressful time much easier. Anything that needed to take place always happened immediately not once did we ever chase for clarity or information. The estate agents and anyone else who also came into contact with Amber were very impressed and said they would recommend the firm based on their experience.
